CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to Kannoj, owned and operated by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197).

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Kannoj reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

1. Product unavailability
2. Pricing or technical errors
3. Payment verification failure
4. Suspected fraudulent transactions
5. Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any eligible refund will be processed.

4. Reason for Cancellation

Our support team will verify your request and inform you whether the cancellation is approved.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
3. Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) and has not been shipped, the order will simply be cancelled without any refund process.

Important Notes

1. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. Customized, personalized, or engraved jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
3. Promotional or limited-time offer products may not be eligible for cancellation after order confirmation.
4. Kannoj reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on order status.
