At Kannoj, we value your privacy and provide every customer with the option to permanently delete their account and associated personal information.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account directly from the Kannoj mobile application.

Steps

1. Open the Kannoj App.
2. Login to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm the deletion request.
7. Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

The following information will be permanently deleted from our systems:

1. User Profile
2. Name
3. Email Address
4. Mobile Number
5. Shipping Address
6. Billing Address
7. Saved Addresses
8. Wishlist
9. Cart Items
10. Order Preferences
11. Jewellery Preferences
12. Personal Information
13. Account Settings

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:

1. Jewellery Purchase History
2. Invoice Records
3. Transaction History
4. Tax Records
5. Warranty Information
6. Return & Refund Records
7. Information required for fraud prevention
8. Information required for legal and regulatory compliance

Deletion Timeline

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your account deletion request.
