REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 01 January 2025

At Kannoj, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  1. The product received is damaged or defective.
  2. The product delivered is different from the item ordered.
  3. The product is significantly different from the description provided on the website.
  4. The order is cancelled before shipment.
  5. The order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.
  6. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  7. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  8. All original tags, invoices, certificates (if applicable), gift boxes, and accessories must accompany the returned product.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Refunds are not applicable for:

  1. Customized or personalized jewellery.
  2. Engraved products.
  3. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  4. Products returned without original packaging, tags, or authenticity certificates.
  5. Products returned after the eligible refund period.

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Contact our support team at info@kannoj.com.
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for the refund request.
  3. Provide photographs or videos of the product (if applicable).
  4. Our team will review and verify your request within 2–3 business days.
  5. If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.
  6. Once the returned product passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

REFUND TIMELINE

  1. Request Verification: 2–3 Business Days
  2. Refund Processing: 7–10 Business Days
  3. Bank/Credit Card Processing: 3–7 Business Days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error on our part.
  2. Refund approval is subject to product inspection and verification by Kannoj.
  3. Certain products may be marked as Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable on the product page.
  4. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase.
