REFUND POLICY

At Kannoj, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is different from the item ordered.
- The product is significantly different from the description provided on the website.
- The order is cancelled before shipment.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, invoices, certificates (if applicable), gift boxes, and accessories must accompany the returned product.
NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Engraved products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or authenticity certificates.
- Products returned after the eligible refund period.
REFUND PROCESS
- Contact our support team at info@kannoj.com.
- Share your Order ID and reason for the refund request.
- Provide photographs or videos of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will review and verify your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
REFUND TIMELINE
- Request Verification: 2–3 Business Days
- Refund Processing: 7–10 Business Days
- Bank/Credit Card Processing: 3–7 Business Days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error on our part.
- Refund approval is subject to product inspection and verification by Kannoj.
- Certain products may be marked as Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable on the product page.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase.
