We currently deliver jewellery products across India through trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

1. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.
2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
3. Processing times may vary during festive seasons, promotional campaigns, product availability, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customized or personalized jewellery may require additional processing time before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

1. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
2. Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.
3. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

1. Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
2. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged on orders below ₹999.
3. Any additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING

1. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be shared via Email, SMS, or your registered Kannoj account.
2. Customers can track their shipment using the tracking information provided.
