RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: 01 January 2025

Kannoj is owned and operated by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197).

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible jewellery products.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return:

1. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
2. The product must be returned with its original packaging, invoice, authenticity certificate (if applicable), tags, gift box, and all accessories.
3. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered.
2. Defective or manufacturing-fault product received.
3. Damaged product received during transit.
4. Missing accessories, certificates, or components.
5. Product significantly different from the description displayed on the website.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Log in to your Kannoj account.
2. Go to "My Orders."
3. Select the product you wish to return.
4. Follow the return instructions provided.

RETURN VERIFICATION

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.

APPROVED RETURNS

Upon approval:

1. A replacement product will be dispatched, subject to product availability.

OR

1. A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following products are not eligible for return:

1. Customized or personalized jewellery.
2. Engraved jewellery.
3. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
4. Products returned without original packaging, invoice, authenticity certificate, or tags.
5. Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
6. Products returned after the eligible return period.
